3-Month Contract
Once onboard, we’ll be working together over a period of 3-months. At the end of that, we’ll re-evaluate your package to ensure it still meets your needs.
Overage
Each retainer comes with a set number of hours a month. You’ll be informed if we’re getting close to exceeding those house so you can choose to prioritise tasks. Any overage hours will be invoiced at my standard hourly rate of CHF 85/hour.
Invoicing
The monthly invoice will be landing in your inbox on the first day of each month and you’ll have time to pay it by the 10th of that month. It will include the monthly retainer rate and any additional charges from the previous month, if there were any overage hours.
Unused Hours
Unused hours expire at the end of each month. This is to ensure that I can allocate time for your projects each week and plan our workload accordingly.
